Lynx Partner Program Terms
Eligibility
The program is for educators, schools, traders and other community members. Participation requires a verified Lynx Account, an application and team approval. Partner statuses are Pending, Active, Rejected and Suspended.
Attribution
An active partner receives a unique link. The first valid referral visit is remembered in the browser for 30 days. Once a new Lynx Account verifies its email, attribution is permanently stored in the database. Existing accounts cannot be reassigned, and another link cannot replace a recorded partner. Registration must occur in the same browser with the referral cookie intact.
Activated Trader
A new user has received Testing Program access and completed the required onboarding milestone approved by the Lynx team. Creating an account alone is not a paid activation.
Rates and rewards
Partner: 15 USDT. Tested Partner: 30 USDT. The team manually assigns Tested Partner after reviewing completion of the Testing Program. The rate is fixed at referral activation; later tier changes do not recalculate previous rewards. Each referral earns at most one reward, initially Pending. The partner must be Active at activation; otherwise the operation is recorded as Cancelled.
Review and payment
The team reviews rewards and moves approved amounts to Available. Payment arrangements and recipient details are agreed with the Lynx team. There are no automatic payouts. Paid is recorded only after an actual transfer, with its reference. This MVP does not promise a payout deadline.
Abuse
Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, deceptive promotion and artificial activations are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination and cancellation of unpaid rewards, with an audit record retained.
Data and changes
Partners see anonymous referral IDs and statuses. Application contact information is stored for review and communication. Terms for future invitations may change through a published revision. The rate of a recorded reward is not changed by a later tier change.
Lynx Capital Program
Qualified indicates potential further consideration, not an allocation of capital. Testing Program participation or referral registration does not guarantee selection, funding or income.
